child support enforcement was enacted in 1986 and an ammendment called the bradley ammendment was brought into life after being approved by ole mr bill clinton !! it involved a step up procedure to collect support payments !!during that time efforts for payment have gotten out of bounds , several constitutional rights have been broken,child support has forced people to live on the streets , lose all they own ,commit suicide ,forced to get second jobs ,lose touch with their kids ,all for what ?
